ABOUT
DR. SCOTT RINGLER
Creator of Warrior
P.T.
Scott Ringler began training in the Martial Arts when he was twelve
years old earning his first black belt in the art of Tae Kwon Do at the age of
sixteen. He spent the years of his early youth competing in local tournaments where he frequently won 1st place in sparring and forms
competitions throughout the state of California. He began teaching martial
arts classes for two years before becoming accepted at the United States Military Academy at West Point.
During his time at West Point, Scott earned his second black belt in the Traditional Korean Martial Art of Kuk Sool Won and was appointed as
Captain of the Army Martial Arts Competitive Team during his last two years
there. During his time at West Point and also in the Army, Scott began training in Wrestling and Boxing to augment his martial arts training.
After leaving the military, Scott became
a Doctor of Chiropractic
Medicine and competitive martial arts trainer in California
where he resides
with his wife and son. Scott continues to train in boxing and mixed martial arts while
maintaining a busy schedule as a chiropractor and sports fitness/health author. Scott also has a passion for eastern medicine and is focused on
integrating eastern and western philosophies to bring a greater degree of healing and awareness to his patients and the medical community.

Throughout the
over 20 years during which Scott has studied the Martial Arts, Scott has
enjoyed the privilege of working with many great teachers, both at West
Point and in the private sector. In Warrior P.T., Scott has put together

addition to direct experiences, Dr. Ringler has thoroughly researched, studied,
and collected many books and ancient texts covering the topic of physical
conditioning. He has also taken the best from U.S. Military training

bodyweight training. Using his medical training and experience as a Chiropractor,
Dr. Ringler has researched and selected the best from thousands of possible exercises in
